MOSCOW, April 18 (Itar-Tass) — The State Duma may approve a candidate for Russia’s premiership on May 8, a source in the lower house of parliament told Itar-Tass on Wednesday.
“The candidate for premiership may be approved by the State Duma on Tuesday, May 8,” the source said.
Another source told Itar-Tass, “The State Duma will start debates on the candidate for premiership just after the inauguration of the president.”
