MOSCOW, April 17 (Itar-Tass) —— The resignation of Bashar al-Asad is a question of the future, member of the Syrian National Coordination Committee Abdul-Aziz al-Khair told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.
“Bashar al-Asad has become a big problem for Syria, and a source of the country’s crisis. Whether he retains his post is a question of the future,” he said.
That will depend on how Syria builds its future, al-Khair said. He hinted that a decision depended on the will of the Syrian people whom the opposition would support.
