MOSCOW, April 13 (Itar-Tass) — The State Duma may form a commission in defense of Russian businessman Viktor Bout in reply to his request for assistance to appealing the U.S. court judgment at an international court, State Duma International Affairs Committee Chairman Alexei Pushkov said on Friday.
He said he would propose the formation of the commission at the next meeting of the International Affairs Committee.
“The commission should deal not only with the Bout case but also with the cases of all other Russian citizens convicted in the United States,” he said.
