MAKHACHKALA, April 12 (Itar-Tass) —— Dagestan is investigating the murder of aide to the prosecutor in the Leninsky district of Makhachkala, Jurist of First Class Gadzhimurad Abdullayev. “The aide to the prosecutor was killed at about 23:00 Moscow time on Wednesday in the Reduktorny settlement of Makhachkala,” a representative of the Investigation Committee in Dagestan told Itar-Tass on Thursday.
The detectives found that five masked and gloved bandits in dark clothes armed with submachine guns penetrated in the house over the fence, tied up the master of the house and members of the family with the duck tape, after that stole the money and gold jewellery under the threat of guns. 20 minutes later an employer of the prosecutor’s office drove up to the house from work. The criminals began torturing him, trying to find out if he has some more money. Learning where Abdullayev works they took him out of the room, where his parents and members of his family were staying, shot him in the back of the head from the pistol. Abdullayev died instantaneously.
The criminal case was opened under three articles of the Russian Criminal Code for an attempt on the life of an official, who executes justice or conducts the preliminary investigation, the illegal circulation of weapons and ammunition and banditry committed by a criminal group through a preliminary conspiracy.
