TSKHINVALI, April 8 (Itar-Tass) —— The turnout has exceeded 30% in the second round of the South Ossetian presidential election, which makes the ballot valid, the State Information and Press Committee website quoted Central Elections Commission Secretary Irina Gassiyeva.
“The threshold was reached by noon, Moscow time. A total of 32.9% of voters had cast their ballots by then. The second round of the presidential election is valid,” she said.
