Moscow police detain suspected killer of 2 delivery persons

The investigation continues

MOSCOW, April 4 (Itar-Tass) — City police, assisted by a special task force detail, detained a man suspected of killing two delivery persons in eastern Moscow two weeks ago, the city police press service told Itar-Tass on Wednesday.

The bodies of a man and a woman with gunshot wounds were found in a Nissan Primera near House 20, Ketcherskaya Street on March 20. They had brought to a customer Raymond Weil watchers worth over 370,000 dollars.

"The identity of the suspect has been ascertained in the course of investigation. He is a person who has previous convictions for robbery and fraud. The suspect was detained by special task force police near House 1, Dekabristov Street, on Monday," the press service said.

The investigation continues. Police are looking for the stolen watches.
