YEREVAN, April 2 (Itar-Tass) —— If the “Libyan scenario” is carried out in Syria, it will bring catastrophe upon the whole region, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
“External players should facilitate the start of dialogue rather than carry out other plans,” Lavrov said in response to questions at Yerevan State University on Monday, April 2.
“If something like the ‘Libyan scenario’ is carried out in Syria, it will be a catastrophe for the whole explosive region,” he said.
