Thirty-one killed in Tyumen plane crash, according to updated reports

Earlier reports put the death toll at 32, and said 11 survived

MOSCOW, April 2 (Itar-Tass) — According to updated reports of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies Situations’ regional department, 31 people were killed in the crash of an ATR-72 passenger plane early on Monday, and 12 were injured.

“As of 10 am, Moscow time, 12 people were injured and 31 were killed,” a source working at the site reported at an EMERCOM session. Earlier reports put the death toll at 32, and said 11 survived.
