GORKI, March 30 (Itar-Tass) — Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on Friday under which the foreign participants in 2013 Summer Universiade in Kazan will be able to arrive in Russia without visas.
Under the document, from June 25 to July 25 2013, foreign participants in Universiade will be able to arrive in Russia and leave it without issuing visas, on the basis of a document of identification and the accreditation document of the Executive Directorate of Universiade.
