NAZRAN, March 30 (Itar-Tass) —— A blast rocked Mutaliyev Street in Nazran at 08.40 Moscow time on Friday, ITAR-TASS learnt at Ingushetia’s law enforcement bodies.
According to the preliminary information, a home-made explosive device went off under the bottom of a car in which officer of the republican Department of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) Ruslan Yandiyev and his wife were driving.
As a result of the blast, Yandiyev was gravely wounded and brought to the Ingush republican clinical hospital. His wife was slightly injured and there is no threat to her life.
An investigation team is working at the site of the incident.
