MOSCOW, March 28 (Itar-Tass) — President Dmitry Medvedev has released Valentin Sobolev from his position as deputy secretary of the Russian Security Council, the Kremlin press service reported on Wednesday.
Under the president’s decree, Sobolev has been released from his position due to the age of retirement.
The Russian president has appointed Yevgeny Lukyanov as deputy secretary of the Russian Security Council by releasing him from the position as aide to the Security Council secretary.
