PERM, March 28 (Itar-Tass) — A criminal case was opened over the kidnapping of a boy from a kindergarten in the Perm Territory, an official at the regional department of the Investigation Committee /SK/ told Itar-Tass on Wednesday.
An unidentified woman abducted Ilya, 6, from a kindergarten in the town of Krasnokamsk at around 13:00, local time, /11:00, Moscow time/ on March 27. The boy's mother reported his disappearance in the evening.
"Director of the regional department of the Investigative Committee Marina Zabbarova has asked the person who kidnapped the child to immediately return the boy to the parents or law-enforcement bodies," the SK official said.
