SEOUL, March 27 (Itar-Tass) —— Russia will do its best to have Iran and North Korea back at a negotiating table on their nuclear programs, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said on Tuesday.
“Let us hope that sooner or later they are back at the negotiating table and will take part in broader formats, including nuclear summits,” he said.
