Three of the five former policemen from Kazan's Dalny police station, who are accused of the death of detained Sergei Nazarov

MOSCOW, March 27 (Itar-Tass) —— Three of the five former policemen from Kazan's Dalny police station, who are accused of the death of detained Sergei Nazarov, were recommended by psychologists for work only "tentatively", member of the Public Council at the Russian Interior Ministry Boris Tsygankov said on Tuesday.

Tsygankov, who is chief Russian psychiatrist, said he had studied the accused policemen's documents and talked with their colleagues, relatives and medical specialists. However, he did not talk with the arrested men themselves, as he had no permission from the investigators.

The accused persons had only one psychological and psychiatric examination, after which three of them, except for the ex-district police officer, were recommended by the specialists for service only "tentatively". The other is supposed to have had no psychological test at all.
