SEOUL, March 27 (Itar-Tass) —— U.S. President Barack Obama does not rule out that Moscow and Washington may reach progress in the settlement of the problem of missile defence in Europe by 2013.
In the next nine-ten months, experts will work on missile defence technical aspects, which are the main cause of the disagreements between Russia and the United States. It will be possible to reach progress by 2013 if the technical issues are settled, the American leader told reporters.
