Volginsky, Vladimir region, March 21 (Itar-Tass) —— President Dmitry Medvedev will sign a list of orders and instructions after a meeting of the commission on modernisation and technological development of the economy held on Wednesday, March 21.
“The draft document is ready,” Medvedev said.
He noted such problems as the drafting of a law on biomedical technologies. “I have no objections to that. We have to take a proper look at laws in other countries and, if they have experience and there is the subject matter of legal regulations, this can be done,” the president said.
“If [other countries] have bylaws, we can do the same,” he added.
Medvedev also recommended studying such issues as decreasing the share of R&D, reducing the volume of reporting documents, providing micro grants, and improving the profitability of innovation companies.
“Work will continue,” he said.
