MOSCOW, March 21 (Itar-Tass) — Russia’s State Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin and Iran’s parliamentary speaker Ali Larijani have discussed tensions in some countries of the Middle East.
Earlier the lower house’s public relations department noted that the conversation took place “at the initiative of the Iranian side.”
“We discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation, including issues related to tensions in certain countries of the Middle East and agreed to continue such consultations,” he said.
