The FSB bomb disposal technicians have destroyed the dugout and the components to make explosives

MAKHACHKALA, March 21 (Itar-Tass) —— The law enforcers have found a dugout of militants in the Kizlyar district of Dagestan. The dugout was planted 1.5 kilometres away from Oguzer, a source in the republican Interior Ministry told Itar-Tass on Wednesday.

“The dugout contained a package of ammonium saltpetre, camouflage, foodstuffs, major drinking water supplies and religious literature,” the source said. In the search at the locality a 125-liter barrel was found 30 metres away from the cache. The barrel contained a 25-kilogram bag of ammonium saltpetre, packages with aluminium and sugar powder and fuel tablets.
