MOSCOW, March 16 (Itar-Tass) —— A Sukhoi Superjet 100 jetliner successfully landed in Moscow’s Sheremetyevo despite the landing gear problem, the police said.
“The jetliner took off in Moscow and headed for Astrakhan but the crew learned that a landing gear leg did not retract and decided to return to the airport of departure,” the police said. There were 65 passengers and four crewmembers aboard, and none of them was hurt in the landing.
