YEKATERINBURG, March 15 (Itar-Tass) — An office building collapsed in Chelyabinsk on Thursday, rescuers are working at the scene. The information about casualties is being verified.
The press service of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry’s (EMERCOM) main department for the region told Itar-Tass that the incident occurred in the territory of a city taxi cab company. “At 5:16 MSK a duty officer received an emergency call about the collapse of the third and fourth floors of a brick office building. The EMERCOM department for the Chelyabinsk region had opened a telephone hotline, the press service said.
