MOSCOW, March 13 (Itar-Tass) —— President Dmitry Medvedev has ordered regional authorities to check their officials for possible clash of interest and to make public each case of the kind. The order was made in the national anti-corruption plan for 2012-2013 signed by the president on Tuesday.
“Power bodies of Russian Federation constituents shall expose possible clash of interest involving regional and municipal officials and take lawful measures towards its prevention,” the plan said.
“Each conflict of interest shall be made public and have legal implications,” it said.
