MOSCOW, March 11 (Itar-Tass) — The fire in a school in the east of Moscow has been put out, nobody has been hurt, the city’s law enforcement agencies told Itar-Tass.
The fire started in a school located in Svobodny Avenue. “The fire source was on the first floor in the life safety fundamentals classroom, from which thick black smoke was billowing,” the law enforcement source said.
The fire has been extinguished by now.
Schoolchildren were allowed to go home in connection with the incident, the source added.
