Turnout in Abkhazia’s elections exceed 37 prc at 6 pm

“The Central Election Commission has not received even one complaint from candidates,” Tabagua said

SUKHUM, March 10 (Itar-Tass) —— The turnout at Abkhazia’s parliamentary elections on Saturday, March 9, had exceeded 37 percent by 18:00 Moscow time.

Central Election Commission Chairman Batal Tabagua said the turnout was 37.60 percent but had exceeded 50 percent in four constituencies.

“The Central Election Commission has not received even one complaint from candidates,” Tabagua said.

He does not rule out that a repeat election may be held in two months at one of the constituencies where the turnout is below 25 percent.
