MOSCOW, March 6 (Itar-Tass) — Russia’s natural resources watchdog fined 3.6 million roubles a subsidiary of the country’s oil giant LUKOIL that operates in Siberia’s Republic of Komi – LUKOIL-Komi.
Rosprirodnadzor instituted over a dozen of administrative cases against the company for violating subsoil use rules stipulated by the subsoil license.
It will face 300,000 rouble fines for each case, which makes up a total of 3.6 million roubles.
