ZHUKOVKA (Moscow region), March 5 (Itar-Tass) — Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin believes there are all grounds for a constructive dialogue with the party that the billionaire businessman Mikhail Prokhorov intends to set up.

Prokhorov confirmed on Monday his intentions to set up a party. “If you translate into reality your plans to set up a party, we have all grounds for a constructive dialogue,” Putin said. “Over 5.5 million people voted for me and I will be living up to the trust vested in me by setting up a new political force,” Prokhorov said. Prokhorov came third in the presidential race according to early results.

Earlier he said his party could be formed before the end of March. By the end of March “we will convene the organizing committee and all details will be known,” he said on Sunday at his election headquarters. Prokhorov did not rule out that he would lead the party himself.
