MOSCOW, March 5 (Itar-Tass) — Police and interior troops are drawn into central Moscow, to Manezhnaya Square where a rally in support of Vladimir Putin, the winner of the presidential election, is expected later on Monday.

A stage is being mounted in the square meanwhile. Vehicles of TV channels and ambulances are parked nearby. Additional web cameras have been installed. Eleven metal detectors have been installed at the entrance from the Red Square.

Another stage has been mounted nearby, in Teatralnaya Square, but no particular activity is seen there. Only police are on duty.
