Over 800,000 ballot papers invalid

According to early reports, citizens took away from polling stations 76,000 ballot papers

MOSCOW, March 5 (Itar-Tass) — Over 800,000 ballot papers from the presidential election in Russia on March 4 have been recognized invalid, Valery Kryukov from the Central Election Commission reported on Monday.

“Some 824,000 ballot papers have been recognized invalid,” Kryukov said adding that “according to early reports, citizens took away from polling stations 76,000 ballot papers”.
