MOSCOW, March 4 (Itar-Tass) — Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov does not recognize the presidential election outcome and calls the ballot illegitimate, unfair and non-transparent.
A fair election implies the dialog with the opposition and the observation of rights of all candidates, Zyuganov said. In this election the entire state machinery worked for one candidate only, he added.
Zyuganov said though that the authorities would have to amend their policy: the energy sector was running at its top capacity and some plants had started to delay salaries.
