MOSCOW, March 4 (Itar-Tass) —— The video monitoring system of Russia’s presidential election outdid world standards, foreign election observers said at the international information center on the premises of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The election is normal, and there are no violations; it is surprising how such a complicated electoral mechanism runs so smoothly, independent observer Alessandro Mussolini (Italy) said.
In turn, a Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) representative said the observers liked web cameras at polling stations very much.
