The Russian Central Elections Commission received two complaints over violations on the day of silence

MOSCOW, March 4 (Itar-Tass) —— The Russian Central Elections Commission received two complaints over violations on the day of silence, CEC Chairman Vladimir Churov told Itar-Tass on Sunday.

“There are two complaints, but it is still early to discuss them, because they were filed quite recently,” he said.

The day of silence began overnight to March 3. Any canvassing is banned on this day. The ban will be lifted only after the polling stations close at 21:00 Moscow time on March 4 in all Russian regions.
