MOSCOW, February 29 (Itar-Tass) — On Wednesday Candidate for Russia’s presidency Vladimir Putin said he would meet with his election agents once a year if elected.
This was initiated by one of the participants in Putin’s meeting with his election agents and representatives of the All-Russia People’s Front on Wednesday. He believes this will help taking into consideration people’s wishes and correct government’s actions.
“This is a good idea. I also thought about maintaining such contacts and about the way to do that,” Putin noted. Besides, Putin welcomed an offer by a hero of the Soviet Union, taking part in the meeting, to meet with the Russian army generals and listen to their opinion about the situation in the Russian Army. “Okay,” Putin agreed.
