MOSCOW, February 22 (Itar-Tass) —— President Dmitry Medvedev and King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia discussed the situation in the Middle East in the light of the events in Syria.
In a telephone conversation on Wednesday, February 22, the president and the king “exchanged views on the situation in the Middle East situation in the Middle East in the light of the events in Syria” and “discussed bilateral and international coordination of efforts for the sake of the speediest stabilisation of the situation in the region,” the presidential press service said.
