MOSCOW, February 21 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian warplanes had training flights above neutral waters of the Black Sea, Air Force spokesman Col. Vladimir Drik told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.
“The flights complied with international rules and the jets did not trespass the air space of neighbouring countries,” he said. “Flights of the Russian Air Force jets above sea waters are an element of their training. Such flights will continue in all military districts,” he added.
