MOSCOW, February 21 (Itar-Tass) — Press secretary of Russia’s Prime Minister Dmitry Peskov does not rule out Vladimir Putin may participate in a rally due on February 23.
“We cannot rule it out,” he told the audience of the Dozhd television channel on Tuesday. “It is highly probable he will take part in it.”
The rally, organized by the All-Russian Popular Front and Putin’s election headquarters, is due to take place in Luzhniki on February 23. The organizers estimate that it will feature up to 100,000 participants.
