BARNAUL, February 21 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin believes that responsibility should be toughened for drug distribution. He made a statement at a meeting with police officers here on Tuesday.
“I mean the major public threat of all that is linked with the illegal distribution of drugs,” the premier noted.
“Nothing can be liberalized. To the contrary, it (responsibility) should be toughened,” he said.
“There is some border and there is no sense in bringing it down. Some optimal corridor is needed now,” the premier elaborated.
