MOSCOW, February 21 (Itar-Tass) —— An abandoned bag, which was found at the Chkalovskaya metro station in Moscow on Tuesday, contained no dangerous or explosive substances, but a notebook, the chief press officer of the Moscow metro police told Itar-Tass, noting that the foresaid metro station resumed full operation.
“The suspicious abandoned bag was found at 10:30 Moscow time, after that the police evacuated people and closed the metro station for entry and an underground passage. The bomb disposal technicians examined the find at 11:37 Moscow time and found that the bag contained a notebook,” the press service reported.
“A woman, who owned the lost bag, reported the lost notebook to the police at Bratislavskaya metro station,” the press service said.
