MOSCOW, February 20 (Itar-Tass) —— Russia will put forth a proposal at the U.N. Security Council within the next several days regarding humanitarian aid to Syria, Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vitaly Churkin said.

“We can expect relevant proposals from Russia in the U.N. Security Council in the coming days,” Churkin told Vesti 24 television on Monday, February 20.
