MINSK, February 20 (Itar-Tass) — President Alexander Lukashenko said relations with China have big prospects.
By receiving credentials from the new Chinese ambassador to Belarus on Monday, Lukashenko said, “I want to confirm Belarus’ commitment to further strengthening of friendship, good-neighbourliness and strategic partnership.”
High-level relations with China “can be considered trustworthy. We maintain trade and investment cooperation. Such projects as the launch of a satellite and the creation of the Belarusian-Chinese industrial park opened the way for comprehensive cooperation between the two states”, Lukashenko said.
