Notices with his photos, asking for information that may help find him, are posted near metro stations

KIEV, February 20 (Itar-Tass) ——Oleg Seminsky, the head of the board of the Ukrainian Neftegazdobycha oil and gas company, is missing.

According to one of the versions, he was kidnapped for ransom. According to another, Seminsky's being missing is linked with business redistribution.

Police give no details so far for investigation secrecy reasons, Kiev's Segodnya daily said on Monday.

The Kiev police press service confirmed Seminsky is missing.

Notices with his photos, asking for information that may help find him, are posted near metro stations.

Seminsky left his office in the evening of February 3, and since then none had seen him.

A police official said that the search continues.

The private company has eight wells in Ukraine. Last year, Neftegazdobycha produced 34,200 tonnes of oil and gas condensate.
