MOSCOW, February 17 (Itar-Tass) — The working group to form the Big Government is to prepare suggestions on Russia’s future social and economic policies, which may be used by the new president and prime minister, Russia’s Presidential Aide Arkady Dvorkovich told the first meeting of the working group on Friday.
“We have a conceptual part on future of the social and economic policies, we shall be working with a pool of experts, who designed the Strategy-2020, to receive an action plan for the president and the government,” Dvorkovich said. “The new president and the new prime minister under the scenario we are expecting will be able to use the suggestions as a basis.”
After the presidential election in March the work of the Big Government will be based on three principles: “transparency, maximally easy access to state services and mechanism of feedback from the government and the society,” he added.
