MOSCOW, February 16 (Itar-Tass) — Israel believes all means must be used to stop the Iranian nuclear program, Israeli Ambassador to Russia Dorit Golender said on Thursday.
However, the ambassador stressed that “Israel tries to solve all problems peacefully until the very end, and this also concerns Iran”. Focusing on the military component of Iran’s nuclear program, Golender noted that “there are no doubts that Iran seeks to create nuclear weapons”.
“Iranian statement made yesterday about its readiness to load rods of its own production in the research reactor, as well as about plans to open new enterprises, once again shows that Tehran tries to use research for peaceful use as a cover for what it does within its military program,” the ambassador stressed.
