MOSCOW, February 16 (Itar-Tass) — Reconciliation between Fatah and Hamas is an obstacle for the resumption of the Palestinian-Israeli dialogue, Israeli Ambassador to Moscow Dorit Golender said on Thursday.

Hamas cannot be a legitimate partner of Israel at talks,” she stressed.
