MOSCOW, February 16 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian bailiffs made over 400,000 rulings to restrict debtors from traveling abroad, including over 117,400 people with alimony debts for the previous year, the press service of the Federal Bailiff Service reported on Thursday.
As a result of this restrictive measure the debtors paid off the debts of more than 6.6 billion roubles, including 184.3 million roubles for the owed alimony, the press service said.
