MOSCOW, February 15 (Itar-Tass) — Russia’s State Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin confirmed that he will make his first foreign visit in his new capacity to Ukraine.

“It’s true that I plan to make my first working visit to Ukraine,” he told parliamentary reporters on Tuesday. “It will take place on Monday, February 20.”

“Undoubtedly, I will meet with my counterpart, parliamentary speaker Vladimir Litvin and other Ukrainian officials,” he said.
