MOSCOW, February 15 (Itar-Tass) —— A smoke pellet has been thrown through the window of the tax inspection building in the town of Sergiyev Posad outside of Moscow. No one was hurt, local police told Itar-Tass on Wednesday.
The incident took place overnight, but reported only by midday. “At about 03:00 a.m. Moscow time an unidentified person broke the window of the tax inspection and threw a smoke pellet inside,” police said.
Police charges the incident as hooliganism. Efforts are taken to identify the man.
