MOSCOW, February 14 (Itar-Tass) —— The Moscow city administration invited the organizers of rallies “For Fair Election” to meet with the security department's deputy head Vasily Oleinik, Sergei Parkhomenko from the rallies’ organizing committee told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.

He said the meeting would take place at approximately 5:00 p.m. “They wish to discuss the “White Ring” action planned for February 26. I did not organize or initiate that action; I did not submit an application for holding it and, actually, there was no need for an application. I simply welcomed it [on Facebook]. Yet I will take part in the meeting,” Parkhomenko said.

The appeal for holding the “White Ring” action was posted on Facebook several days ago. Muscovites were offered to come to the Garden Ring and make a live chain on the sidewalk in protest against election falsifications. The organizing committee of rallies held on Bolotnaya Square supported the action on February 10.
