Criminal case opened over teenager’s suicide in Angarsk

A criminal case has been initiated in the town of Angarsk, Irkutsk Region over a suicide committed by a thirteen-year-old boy

IRKUTSK, February 14 (Itar-Tass) —— A criminal case has been initiated in the town of Angarsk, Irkutsk Region over a suicide committed by a thirteen-year-old boy, a spokesman for the regional administration of the Russian Investigative Committee told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.

According to the spokesman, the boy hang himself after classes in early October. No suicide note was found. The boy’s parents blamed the supervising teaches for the boy’s death. A day before, they say, the boy had a conflict with the teacher.

The criminal case on charges of incitement to suicide was opened after a pre-investigation check, the spokesman added.
