MOSCOW, February 13 (Itar-Tass) — Moscow has never supplied offensive weapons to Syria, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said.

“Given the regional balance of force, we have never supplied offensive weapons to Syria. Only defensive ones,” the diplomat said on Monday, February 13.

Bogdanov stressed that the situation has not changed.
