Greek parliament approves new credit deal with EU, IMF

The agreement envisages a tough saving policy in exchange for the financial assistance worth of 130 billion euros

ATHENS, February 13 (Itar-Tass) —— The Greek parliament approved Monday the law on a new credit agreement with the European Union and the International Monetary Fund.

The agreement envisages a tough saving policy in exchange for the financial assistance worth of 130 billion euros. More than a half of all deputies voted for the law in a roll vote at a 300-seat, one-house Greek parliament.
