MOSCOW - - A booster Proton-M with a Dutch communications satellite NSS-14 was placed at the launching pad of the cosmodrome Baikonur on Saturday, the Roscosmos press service reported.
The telecommunications spacecraft NSS-14 is intended for providing the whole spectrum of services for the territory of Eastern Europe, Western Africa, North and South America.
The launch of the booster Proton-M is scheduled for 23.36 Moscow time on February 14.
